Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for recruiting and a desire to learn about corporate talent acquisition. The Corporate Recruiter will assist in sourcing and engaging top talent to meet our clients' strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for corporate positions.
• Strategic Sourcing: Use various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify qualified candidates for corporate roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and job requirements.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
• Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company at career fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
