Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Consultant (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in HR consulting, providing support and insights across various human resource functions such as recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Consulting Support: Assist in delivering HR solutions by understanding client needs and supporting HR strategies related to employee engagement, retention, and talent management.

• Recruitment and Selection: Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with clients and candidates.

• Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new hires for clients, preparing orientation materials and conducting onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition.

• Employee Engagement: Help clients enhance employee engagement by supporting the development and execution of team-building activities and recognition programs.

• Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems and helping clients assess employee performance and developmental needs.

• Training and Development: Collaborate on organizing and facilitating employee training programs, ensuring clients' workforce is equipped with necessary skills.

• Compliance: Help ensure that client companies are in compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

• HR Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential handling of employee information.

• HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and track key HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and other relevant data for clients.

• Learning and Development: Participate in workshops and training sessions to build expertise in HR practices and consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR consulting and a desire to build a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
