Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Consultant (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates eager to start their careers in human resources consulting and support various HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation Support: Assist in delivering HR consultancy services to clients, offering support with recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategies tailored to client needs.

• Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment efforts for clients by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires at client organizations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective integration into the company culture.

• Employee Relations: Provide assistance with employee engagement activities and help address any employee relations concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

• HR Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures for client organizations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

• Training & Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance employee skills and development.

• HR Analytics: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics for clients, such as employee turnover, attendance, and performance trends.

• Compliance Support: Help ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate records and assisting with HR audits.

• Market Research: Conduct research on HR trends and provide insights to enhance client HR strategies and practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to provide comprehensive HR support to clients and contribute to overall HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR consulting and a desire to build a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
