Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, smart, data oriented, well spoken HR professional who can drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications at KodeKloud. This role will be responsible for ensuring all employees are well informed, connected and engaged throughout their lifecycle at KodeKloud. The incumbent will play a crucial role in managing all touch points that impact employee engagement and culture of the organisation. The Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications: Develop and maintain company handbook, employer branding IPs, onboarding/offboarding collaterals, alumni network and employee newsletters, organise and host Town Halls, All Hands, make org wide announcements, support HR Lead to develop and execute communication plan for new and ongoing talent management initiatives, support COO/CEO for org wide communications, etc.
  • Employee Engagement: Curate employee engagement calendar, execute employee engagement initiatives, organize annual meet ups, conduct regular pulse check surveys and chats, celebrate employee and company milestones, organise R&R events, etc
  • Cultural Artifacts: Research best cultural practices and artifacts from successful remote, global tech companies and implement suitable ones customized to our needs and demography. Ensure we are keeping up with top remote employers in terms of employee engagement and experience.
  • New hire experience: Conduct induction sessions, manage 30-60-90 day touch points and ensure new hires are engaged, informed and connected from Day 1.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track NPS score and measure impact of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. Keep the HR Lead abreast of employee pulse, feedback, potential people issues in the org.

The Person: To be successful in this role, one must have -

  • Proven success in developing HR related collaterals and executing internal communications strategies for Global SME/startup, preferably in Consumer Tech/Product industries.
  • Demonstrable experience organizing corporate events and hosting virtual events.
  • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, copy-editing skills.
  • Knack for tech savvy work tools for content design, development, management, tracking.
  • Creative bent of mind and ability to research, learn and execute.
  • Highly organized, accountable and can work with minimal supervision.

We are looking for people with an internal communications and employee engagement background of minimum 5 years in a global SME/startup. Prior experience managing communications and employee engagement in a remote company with globally dispersed employees will be highly preferred.
