Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented HR Communication Specialist (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates with strong communication skills who are eager to contribute to internal and external HR communications, employee engagement, and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communication: Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and policy updates, to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and support initiatives to improve employee engagement, including managing content for employee events, recognition programs, and surveys.

  • Content Creation: Create and manage HR-related content for the company's internal platforms (e.g., intranet) and external platforms (e.g., website, social media) to highlight company culture and values.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to strengthen employer branding efforts by promoting the company as a great place to work through engaging communications.

  • Communication Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies for HR initiatives such as onboarding, training, and development programs.

  • Crisis Communication: Support the HR team in managing communications during critical events or crises, ensuring employees are informed promptly and accurately.

  • Surveys and Feedback: Help in conducting employee surveys, gathering feedback, and analyzing results to shape communication strategies and improve the employee experience.

  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in communicating HR policies, guidelines, and procedures effectively to all employees, ensuring clarity and compliance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and contribute to a positive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
