Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities by ensuring proper documentation and a smooth integration for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help organize and execute employee engagement programs and team-building initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to improving operational workflows.
