Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Identify and address potential risks with guidance from senior team members.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Support the resolution of conflicts or challenges as they arise.
• Process Improvement:
• Contribute to the design and standardization of processes for greater efficiency.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates, workflows, and SOPs.
• Technology Utilization:
• Use project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints) to track and report progress.
• Support the analysis of data and creation of reports to inform decision-making.
• Client Support:
• Support the onboarding process for new clients.
• Assist in the development of customized workflows tailored to client needs.
