Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Associate (Fresher) to support our human resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to kickstart their career in HR and gain valuable experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents, coordinating with departments, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Recruitment Support:

Provide support to the recruitment team by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

HR Documentation:

Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company policies.

Attendance & Leave Management:

Help in monitoring employee attendance, managing leave requests, and updating the HR system with relevant data.

Employee Engagement:

Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.

Compliance:

Ensure that HR activities are compliant with company policies and labor laws, and assist in maintaining documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.

Training & Development:

Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation in learning and development programs.

General Administrative Tasks:

Assist with day-to-day HR administrative duties, including responding to employee queries, preparing reports, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Familiarity with MS Office and HR software is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
