Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant Intern (Fresher) to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn about HR functions, improve their skills, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Assistant Intern, you will assist with various administrative HR tasks, supporting the HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews for candidates. Help maintain an up-to-date candidate database.
Employee Onboarding: Support the preparation of onboarding documents for new hires, assist with employee orientation, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
HR Administration: Help maintain and update employee records, assist with managing employee attendance, leave requests, and ensure HR documentation is organized and up-to-date.
Employee Engagement Activities: Assist in organizing employee engagement events and activities to promote a positive work culture and enhance team morale.
HR Reporting and Documentation: Help prepare and maintain HR reports, assist with managing HR files, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Employee Queries: Assist in answering basic employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
Training Support: Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs and workshops, preparing training materials, and managing attendance records for employees.
Compliance and Record Keeping: Assist in ensuring that all HR documentation complies with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department by helping with day-to-day HR tasks and assisting in various HR projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers with a keen interest in starting a career in HR and developing administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
