HR Analyst
Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global HR Operations, the HR Analyst will play a role in redefining our HR Data to optimize its use in reporting, business processes, and system integrations. In this role, you will provide support in configuring and maintaining functionality on our HR platforms.
This role requires a blend of strategic planning, exceptional communication, meticulous execution, and data analyst experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes, project management methodologies, and data analysis and possess the technical skills necessary to extract, manipulate, and interpret large data sets, ensuring that all HR initiatives align with the company’s objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities
HRIS Management & Reporting:
Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

Budgeted Salary Range Is
₹1,123,963—₹1,296,881 INR

HR Analyst

Duties/Responsibilities
HRIS Management & Reporting:
- Assist with the implementation, configuration, and optimization of any HRIS changes to support the company's HR strategy and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and escalations from employees, as well as the HR Team.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between HRIS systems and other business applications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology to continuously improve HRIS functionality and efficiency.
- Stay informed about updates and new features released by HRIS vendors and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of HR data within the HRIS, including employee records, compensation information, and organizational structures.
- Communicate system changes, upgrades and general information to HRIS managers and end-users
- People Analytics:
- Develop analytical reports, conduct data analysis, perform information synthesis, and summarize results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide them with recommendations based on the results.
- Utilizing technology, build and implement innovative and scalable analytics and reporting capabilities to identify both current and future state insights
- Provide statistical support to ensure Data cleansing and definition
- Proactively identify and continuously prioritize analytical support based on Syndigo business strategy
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support HR leadership
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through automation and system enhancements.
- Work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify pain points, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation of HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives with a focus on operational excellence and adherence to procedures and practices
- Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations across global locations, staying informed of changes and proactively addressing potential risks.
- Safeguard compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect sensitive HR information
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HRIS/analyst/people analytics or a related function
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced excel skills such as pivot tables and v-lookups
- Power BI experience and ability to create PowerBI reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, and/or Paylocity is preferred
- Global experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
