HR Assistant Intern

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn about human resources, gain hands-on experience in recruitment, and support HR processes in a dynamic work environment.

• Assist the HR team in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on job portals.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Freshers or students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
