Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistance Junior to join our HR team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, supporting a variety of HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Onboarding Coordination: Help facilitate the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and organizing new hire orientations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist in updating HR databases.
• HR Document Management: Support the team in preparing and organizing HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination forms.
• Employee Support: Act as a contact for employee queries, providing general information about HR policies and procedures.
• General Administrative Tasks: Assist with organizing HR-related events, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
