Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers interested in a career in human resources, providing hands-on experience in various HR functions. The HR Administrator will assist with HR operations, employee records management, and administrative tasks to support the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating orientation sessions.
• HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other required paperwork.
• Data Entry: Enter employee data into HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company standards.
• Attendance Tracking: Help with tracking employee attendance and leave records.
• General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling employee inquiries.
