Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in MBA or BBA who are eager to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating with candidates.

Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee queries, maintaining a positive work environment, and addressing any concerns.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

Compliance: Ensure HR activities are compliant with legal regulations and company policies.

Training & Development: Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives for employees.

Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes by helping with data collection and coordination.

Employee Engagement: Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports to track key metrics and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
