We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow their career in HR and office administration.

Responsibilities

Human Resource

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Help coordinate training and development activities.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Handle basic HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, etc.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and office events.
  • Ensure the upkeep and smooth functioning of the office premises.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Maintain administrative records and reports.
  • Support general office operations and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in HR/Admin (internships included).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Basic working knowledge of Canva.
