Job Overview

The House Keeping Room Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the hotel rooms and common areas. They will assist in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay at Solaris Hotel Indore. This job is full-time and based in Indore, with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications And Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy hotel rooms, making beds, changing linens, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and amenities are in good condition and working properly.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs.
• Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and decorative items.
• Empty and clean trash containers.
• Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
