Job Description :-

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of stock market professionals to achieve performance targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan future activities.

Performance Monitoring

  • Set clear performance goals and objectives for team members.
  • Monitor team performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.

Training And Development

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Reporting And Documentation

  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and market trends to senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Note:-Experience inthe stock market or financial services industry is mandatory.
