Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (Primary & Secondary) while ensuring compliance with pricing and commercial policies.
- Support and execute account-wise sales plans based on:
- Deep understanding of hospital systems, decision-makers, and antimicrobial usage
- Market and competitor analysis
- Internal sales data (SKU-wise, volume, pricing)
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, HODs, procurement leads) under guidance of the Key Account Manager.
- Promote products in specialized therapeutic areas as directed.
- Engage with doctors to generate prescriptions using effective, ethical selling techniques.
- Ensure promotional activities align with company compliance and marketing strategy.
