Agency Manager/ Senior Agency Manager/ Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Effectively managed the Recruiting, Training and Developing Life Insurance Advisors.

Played a key role in planning, designing and execution of promotional; activities for the advisors

  • Developing yearly and fortnightly new Business Plans.
  • Responsible for Monitoring and achieving sales targets within own team in the context of the Branch Targets.
  • Imparting regular training on personality development, product features and benefits

Exp:- Min 1yr+ in any sales and Marketing

Sal:- Upto 6LPA
