Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing for Pincode, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, merchant onboarding, and brand presence. You will work closely with the CEO of Pincode and the Group CMO to establish and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with both consumers and partner stores.

Key Responsibilities
- User Acquisition: Drive consumer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies tailored to the quick commerce space, emphasizing local relevance and convenience.
- Store Acquisition & Engagement: Develop targeted B2B marketing initiatives to attract and onboard neighborhood stores, including crafting compelling value propositions and localized campaigns.
- Co-marketing with Pincode Smart Stores: Create integrated campaigns with partner stores to promote an omni-channel shopping experience.
- Hyperlocal Marketing: Strategize and execute geo-targeted marketing campaigns to build brand presence and drive adoption within specific pin areas.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across all channels to build brand awareness and acquire customers.
- Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize all performance marketing channels with a focus on efficient customer acquisition and measurable ROI.
- Social & Community Engagement: Build and manage vibrant social communities to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on brand building, customer acquisition, and launching new businesses.
- Industry exposure in at least two of the following: CPG, Retail, e-commerce, or Consumer Technology.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling brand narratives and bring them to life through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding and proven success in optimizing performance marketing channels.
- Expertise across all facets of modern marketing: brand strategy, content creation, performance marketing, social engagement, and CRM.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams, both directly and cross-functionally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, building from scratch and making data-informed decisions.
