Position Overview

The Head of Finance will provide strategic leadership in managing financial performance, compliance, and growth initiatives. The role covers financial planning, statutory compliance, debt and treasury management, ERP/SAP integration, and multi-company accounting. The Head of Finance will be a key business partner to the CEO, ensuring sustainable growth and strong governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring, preparation and maintenance of P&L and balance sheet.
• Ensure timely submission of financial statements, audits, and statutory records.
• Finalize accounts and ensure compliance with Income Tax, ROC, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Liasioning with various government representative such as Income Tax, GST, ROC, RBI authorities.
• Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking, and debt restructuring to optimize costs.
• Project finance management.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, debtor management, and ERP/SAP-driven reporting.
• Provide accurate MIS and financial insights to management.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including expansion projects.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) required; Company Secretary (CS) would be an added advantage.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably from phama background.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong expertise in corporate, sales & manufacturing finance, taxation, and compliance.
• ERP/SAP exposure essential.
