Job Description

Lead CRM technology initiatives and sales enablement transformation across global teams. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation, optimization, and innovation of CRM platforms and associated tools, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven capabilities, user adoption, and business alignment.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy & Management
    • Lead end-to-end CRM implementation, customization, and optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM capabilities with business processes and driving adoption of predictive analytic capabilities offers by the tools.
    • Drive adoption and training initiatives to ensure effective use of CRM across sales teams.
    • Sales Tools Enablement
      • Evaluate, implement, and manage additional sales tools (e.g., CPQ, Marketing, Customer portals, sales outreach, etc.).
      • Integrate tools with CRM and other enterprise platforms to streamline workflows.
      • Monitor tool performance and user engagement, recommending improvements.
  • AI & Emerging Technology Integration
    • Champion the integration of AI-powered features across sales tools to automate workflows, personalize customer interactions, and improve decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to pilot and scale new AI technologies, including generative AI, conversational intelligence, and smart assistants.
    • Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on CRM and sales technology strategy.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across platforms.
    • Design dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales performance and forecasting.
    • Project & Change Management
      • Lead cross-functional projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
      • Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts, renewals, and SLAs.
    Minimum Qualification & Experience

    • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM consulting, or digital transformation roles.
    • Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem including Einstein, CPQ, and Agent Force; Salesforce certifications preferred.
    • Proven experience in implementing AI-driven sales tools and technologies.
    • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
    • Able to translate business information to provide insights to formulate and drive strategy and solutions
    • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant)

    Desired Skill sets

    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration capabilities
    • Experience in customizing CRM to align with business processes and KPIs
    • Other CRM certifications are a plus
