Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven, creatively aware Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to drive Broadway’s customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through paid media, CRM, and commerce innovation.

You’ll lead our performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and new channels, while owning the roadmap for WhatsApp Commerce and other growth experiments. You'll work closely with our content, design, and brand teams to turn creative assets into high-performing growth loops.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate channels.
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and conversion funnel metrics.
  • Lead creative testing strategy in partnership with content and design teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and growth KPIs.

WhatsApp Commerce & CRM

  • Lead setup and scaling of WhatsApp Commerce (catalogs, flows, automation).
  • Develop broadcast and retargeting strategies (offers, drop alerts, cart recovery).
  • Partner with tech/agency teams on integrations and performance tracking.

Growth Experiments

  • Run weekly/monthly growth tests (landing pages, popups, CTA formats).
  • Identify and pilot new channels (Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, affiliate collabs).
  • Collaborate with in-store and events teams to convert offline traffic.

Attribution & Funnel Strategy

  • Set up and manage UTM structures, analytics, and customer journey mapping.
  • Support attribution modelling across channels including organic, paid, and social commerce.
  • Collaborate with Anchal's team to tie content performance back to conversions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth at a D2C brand, agency, or marketplace.
  • Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify (or similar platforms).
  • Experience working with WhatsApp tools (Interakt, BIK.ai, LimeChat, etc.) or CRM platforms.
  • Creative sensibility to guide performance-driven content and copy.
  • Comfort with data dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, or similar).

Preferred If You Have

  • Experience launching high-intent sales funnels (e.g., via WhatsApp or influencers)
  • Understanding of content-commerce loops (e.g., reels to shop to cart)
  • Managed affiliate or influencer commerce before
