Job Responsibilities :
Experience Requirement : At least 10 years (for Degree)/15 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience Skills & Competencies :
Leadership, strong interpersonal, Managerial, organizing and co-ordinating skill
Self-motivated and strong organizational skill
Delegation skill and prioritization time management skill
- Responsible for Performance monitoring & benchmarking
- Maintain Statutory and regulatory compliance
- Provide Support to minor projects at existing sites and new projects.
- Coordinate with site counterparts for regular information sharing
- Ability to Minimize production/ quality loss in event of unplanned failure
- Evaluation of Repairs & refurbishment facilities
- Ensure Harmonization of standards for equipment from different vendors and product groups
