Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation:
  • Develop graphics for digital and print media including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
  • Create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand design requirements and deliverables.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Assist in the development of content strategies that utilize graphic design to meet marketing goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data to optimize design effectiveness and engagement.
  • Media Production:
  • Oversee the production process for graphic media, including liaising with printers, media companies, and other vendors.
  • Ensure high-quality output in all media formats.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Maintain consistency in design across all media platforms to reinforce brand identity.
  • Update and refresh visual content as needed to keep it current and effective.
  • Creative Collaboration:
  • Work with creative teams, including copywriters, photographers, and video producers, to integrate graphic design with other content forms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Coral Draw) and other relevant tools.
  • Stay updated on design trends and technological advancements to ensure innovative and effective designs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: [X] years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software, strong creative and visual skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated experience through a portfolio of previous work.
