Graphic Designer - XR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile XR Content Creator with strong 3D animation and VFX skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing immersive content for branding, product demos, marketing campaigns, and social media. You will work closely with our developers and creative teams to showcase our XR products in engaging and visually compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation for Marketing & Branding

• Design and develop immersive XR content (AR/VR/MR) to represent ALLREAL’s brand identity and product offerings.
• Create promotional videos, teaser trailers, product walkthroughs, and XR-based interactive marketing experiences.
• Develop branded XR experiences for kiosks, trade shows, websites, and social media.

3D Animation & Visual Effects

• Design and animate 3D models, scenes, and characters for promotional content.
• Integrate VFX into AR/VR content using tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, or After Effects.
• Ensure high-quality rendering and seamless visual storytelling.

Collaboration & Ideation

• Work with developers, designers, and the marketing team to understand project goals and align visuals with brand messaging.
• Contribute creatively to marketing strategies and visual storytelling concepts.

Content Optimization

• Optimize 3D assets for performance across web, mobile, and XR platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across various XR and digital content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in XR content creation (preferably using Unity/Unreal with AR/VR frameworks).
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, rigging, texturing, and animation using tools like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Experience with VFX and motion graphics using After Effects, Houdini, or similar tools.
• Portfolio showcasing XR projects and animated/visual content.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, scene composition, and real-time rendering.
• Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred (Bonus):

• Experience with interactive AR filters (Spark AR, Lens Studio).
• Familiarity with XR UI/UX design for immersive storytelling.
• Knowledge of photogrammetry and volumetric video is a plus.
• Exposure to marketing campaigns and storytelling for B2B/B2C audiences.
