Graphic Designer
Experience: 1.5 years to 4 years
Location: Bengaluru (On-site, full-time)
The Role
We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can balance brand-building design with performance marketing creatives, and support cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Sales, HR) with fast, high-quality assets.
What You’ll Do
Brand Creatives: Develop campaign visuals, social posts, landing page assets, email headers, and internal brand collateral, consistent with guidelines and tone.
Performance Creatives: Produce high-converting ad statics across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates; adapt to multiple aspect ratios and rapid A/B tests.
Cross-functional Support: Design CRM creatives (push/WhatsApp/email), sales enablement one-pagers, event/webinar decks, employer-branding assets, and basic website visuals.
Versioning & Localisation: Create language variants and quick iterations from winning concepts while maintaining visual quality and file hygiene.
Design Ops: Maintain organized source files (Figma/Adobe), component libraries, export presets, and a lightweight naming/versioning system.
Collaboration: Work with copywriters, performance marketers, product managers, and video editors to translate briefs into crisp visual solutions on tight timelines.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 1.5 – 4 years as a Graphic Designer in a brand, agency, or high-growth startup (health/consumer tech is a plus).
Tools: Strong in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; working knowledge of After Effects/Premiere (simple motion, text anims, cut-downs).
Craft: Sharp typography, layout, color, and hierarchy; ability to design clean, mobile-first creatives that read in 3 seconds.
Performance Mindset: Comfort designing for CTR/CVR; you iterate from data (hooks, headlines, visual cues) without losing brand consistency.
Speed & Quality: You can ship fast without sloppy edges; you self-QA for specs, legibility, and export correctness.
Communication: Clear brief-reading, proactive questions, and thoughtful rationale for your design choices.
Portfolio: A concise portfolio showing both brand and performance work (please include at least 5 relevant pieces).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with UGC overlays, storyboards, or basic illustration/iconography.
- Familiarity with ad platform specs and compliance nuances.
- Comfort creating vernacular variants (you’ll get copy support).
How We’ll Measure Success (Examples)
Turnaround: On-brief first draft within agreed SLAs
Quality & Consistency: Adheres to brand system; minimal rework.
Impact: Observable lifts in CTR/CPL/CVR for performance assets; positive stakeholder feedback for cross-functional requests.
Ops Hygiene: Clean files, reusable components, and documented exports.
Growth Path
High performance can lead to Senior Designer → Design Lead tracks (brand systems, motion depth, or conversion design specialization).
