  • Coordinate end-to-end assessment delivery including scheduling, logistics, and platform readiness.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of online and offline assessments.
  • Monitor live assessments and resolve technical or operational issues in real-time.
  • Ensure compliance with assessment protocols, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Manage and update MIS/reports on assessment schedules, participation, and outcomes.
  • Support content and technical teams in preparing test materials and uploading them to platforms.
  • Train and guide exam proctors/invigilators on process and platform usage.
  • Conduct quality checks before and after assessments to maintain service excellence.
  • Analyze assessment results and prepare client-ready reports with key insights.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
