Our clients are real estate-focused private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and more. We pride ourselves on our quality, our strong communication, and our work ethic. We are a natural extension of our client’s existing infrastructure. The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.

What we are Looking for:-

The Graphic Designer (Social Media Content Creator) will focus on creating engaging and high-quality multimedia content for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The role involves a combination of video editing, content creation, photo editing, and graphic design

The Breakdown Of Responsibilities Is As Follows

Video Editing and Content Creation (60% of 75% - 45% of total role)

• Output: Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos, LinkedIn Videos, Facebook Videos
• Content Types: Introductions, Graphics, Compilations
• Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)
  
  

Social Media Graphics (40% of 75% - 30% of total role)

• Output: 2D Still Images
• Content Types: Announcements, Promotional Posts
• Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong graphic design skills for social media and web-based content
• Experience in designing eye-catching visuals for various social platforms
  
  

Photo Editing & Map Creations (25% of total role)

• Output: Photo editing, custom map creation
• Skills Required:
• High proficiency in photo editing and retouching
• Ability to design and create custom maps as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of social media content strategies and platform specifications.
• A portfolio or samples of past work (Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, LinkedIn graphics, Facebook posts, etc.).
• Experience with photo editing and map design.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
