Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various job portals, networking, and referrals.

• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with candidates and clients.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools for effective candidate management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Knowledge of employment trends and hiring best practices.
