Graduate Trainee - Sales in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and segment the local market to find potential customers.
• Approach customers directly and pitch suitable loan solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into business through structured discussions.
• Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and brokers to expand reach.
• Assist customers with documentation and loan processing.
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure fast turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain accurate daily records of field visits, leads, and conversions.
• Participate actively in sales contests, training programs, and team-building initiatives.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach at every step of the sales cycle.
• Work towards achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.
