Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
  • Support deployments to sandboxes and production.
  • Help automate environment setup and sandbox refresh tasks.
  • Contribute to quality checks (code reviews, static analysis, basic tests).
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and document fixes.
  • Write simple runbooks and share updates with the team.


Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce (org structure, metadata, SFDX basics).
  • Familiarity with Git (branches, commits, merges).
  • Understanding of scripting (Shell, Python, or Node basics).
  • Good communication and willingness to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ownership.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Flosum, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Copado).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Apex tests, Jest for LWC).
  • Awareness of permissions and profiles in Salesforce.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Should have graduated in 2024 or 2025


Location: India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
