Job Summary

General Manager - HR Operations Business Process Services Solutioning and Pre Sales

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes across India the United Kingdom and the United States.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR ABAP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and support for HR transformation projects to align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to standardize operations and improve employee experience.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll benefits and other HR-related transactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Support the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for HR team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in HR operations across India the United Kingdom and the United States.
  • Must possess strong technical skills in HR ABAP.
  • Should have a proven track record in HR transformation and program management.
  • Experience in analytics and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage day shifts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a deep understanding of local HR regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach is necessary.
