D365 F&O Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support of existing Dynamics 365 environments resolving all the end user queries / issues.
• Strong ERP functional and day-to-day business / operations knowledge.
• Responsible for ERP MDM and managing the master data.
• Support users query on system integration issues and support end users in functional acceptance testing/UAT.
• Collaborate with Internal functional team, development team to ensure successful implementation of CRs and resolution of technical issues.
• Configuring and modifying workflows based on the requests and approvals.
• Coordinate and handle new functionality requirements and existing and new integrations support activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation SOP’s, BRD and other ERP documentation.
• Liaise with audit teams to ensure compliance system and functional audits, technical and Information security.
• Responsible for collaborating with all stakeholders of the organization to identify customer support and technology problems and resolve them
• Track & Update status of Budget utilization and pay-out. PO Issued & Payment Released related to ERP HRMS system
• Create, track & maintain the various documents, reports, ppts. Smooth working of HRMS system and its integration with other ERP modules
• License management and user roles are security.
