Fullstack Developer

Introduction

Flash Systems team are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for building responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces for on prem UI web applications. You'll work closely with UX designers and back-end engineers to turn visual designs into interactive, functional, and seamless user experiences.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In the role of Front end developer the following are your key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code based on UX designs and specifications.
• Convert Figma mockups into responsive, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS/JS.
• Collaborate with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Debug and resolve UI-related issues across platforms and browsers.
• Good problem-solving skills for complex issues with interdependencies across multiple modules
• Experience working with Global teams.
• Good technical leadership skills to mentor new team members.
• Ability to crisply communicate with stake holders (clients and level 3 support teams) for resolving field issues.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Qualifications

Required technical and professional expertise

• 5 - 10 years of experience in UI/front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React.js, and Java
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, gerrit).
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration methods.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge and hand-on usage of code and defect management tools.
