  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test Java-based solutions using common standards and frameworks such as JAXB, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JPA, JavaEE, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Provide hands-on mentoring and coaching to developers.
  • Work on Java-based web applications, creating Java web services in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with QA, DevOps, and PMs.
  • Identify process improvements and code synergies through innovative ideas and critical thinking.
  • Offer technical expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, and Spring framework during development activities.
  • Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQueryUI, and jQueryMobile.
  • Proficiency in core Java/J2EE, data structures/algorithms, design patterns, Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Strong experience in full-stack development including front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, jQuery, Node.js) and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., .NET, Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript development for both client-side and server-side applications.
  • Ability to work with Java 8, multithreading, design patterns, and develop high-performance applications using Java.
  • Experience in building microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful web services.
  • Familiarity with UI technologies/frameworks like JavaScript, React.js, and Flux.
  • Pluses:
  • Proficiency in SQL Server 2015, TFS 2015, Test-Driven Development, and front-end development experience with JavaScript.
  • Experience with PHP Laravel, Core PHP, GitHub, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
  • Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, VSTS, SoapUI, and Postman.

Remember, the ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of OOP concepts and a track record of effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
