As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and high-performance web applications. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with the team will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, modular, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to power the front-end and back-end systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, QA, DevOps) to deliver projects on time.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
- Strong experience in Node.js and React.js development.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and session management.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
- Client-Facing Abilities : Comfortable engaging with clients directly, handling requirements, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Player : Collaborative mindset, willing to contribute and adapt to team dynamics.
- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on delivering quality and maintaining code standards.
- Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in deploying applications using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with GraphQL or other advanced APIs.
- Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
