Frontend Developer - Javascript

Front-End Development Lead

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Front-End Development Lead to join Pitch Catalyst and take ownership of the front-end architecture and execution.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll lead the development of intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications that power our interactive pitch experiences. Youll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless and impactful user Responsibilities :

• Lead the front-end development efforts from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring interfaces to life with pixel-perfect implementation.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor junior developers and oversee code quality, reviews, and best practices.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work closely with backend developers on API integration.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements to the tech stack.
• Manage timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure front-end delivery is aligned with overall project :
• 4+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks (React.js preferred).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git workflows, and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across to Have :
• Experience with animation libraries or micro-interactions (Framer Motion, GSAP, etc.)
• Exposure to backend fundamentals or full-stack development
