Job Overview

As a Front-End Developer at Mitsogo, you will be responsible for creating engaging and responsive user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with our design and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality performance. Your expertise in modern front-end technologies will be key to enhancing our product offerings and providing exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain User Interfaces: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Design and UX Teams: Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing web applications.
• Optimize Performance: Ensure fast load times and smooth performance by optimizing code and assets.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure the applications work perfectly across different browsers and devices.
• Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews. Implement best practices for front-end development.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve front-end issues and bugs promptly.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and contribute to the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer/UI-UX Developer.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Understanding of layout aesthetics and SEO principles.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks/libraries, including jQuery.
• Knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks like React and Angular.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with build tools and task runners such as Webpack, Gulp, or npm scripts.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
