What you'll do:
- Be the voice of TargetBay across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and beyond.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories.
- Build strong relationships with our online community—comments and DMs.
- Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to ideate and execute creative campaigns.
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.
- Excellent English communication skills and an adept storyteller with a passion for all things social media.
- Someone with a sharp eye for design and attention to detail.
- A digital-first thinker who loves experimenting with trends, hashtags, and viral formats.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
