Job Description for React Developer Role:

What we are looking for: Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.

Business Requirements: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical solutions.

UI Development: Design and implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React and Material UI and ensure the application is responsive and works flawlessly on all devices.

Reusable Component Development: Hands-on experience in creating reusable components using React, ensuring code modularity and reusability.

State Management: Proficiency in working with state management systems like Redux, integrating them seamlessly into React applications for efficient data flow.

Material UI: Extensive use of Material UI components to design and develop consistent and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.

API Integration: Seamlessly integrate APIs to enhance functionality and performance. Unit Testing: Develop and maintain React unit tests to ensure code reliability and performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, tech leads, and backend engineers to translate designs into functional components.

Optimization: Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

SDLC and Agile: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-6 years of Professional experience.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
