Purpose of Role
To lead the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment. The Principal is accountable for student achievement, staff development, operational excellence, parental engagement, and community-building that aligns with the mission and vision of TIPS.

- Responsibilities:** - Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming reception area. - Greet and assist visitors and staff. - Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication. - Maintain records and documents related to front desk activities. - Provide administrative support as needed. **Skills:** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in office software and tools. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
