Job Description:
The Front-End Web Developer is responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with in a web application. This role requires a strong understanding of web development technologies, design principles, and user experience to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces. Collaborating with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers, the Front-End Developer ensures that web applications are visually appealing, efficient, and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
Convert design mockups into functional code that adheres to modern UI/UX best practices.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Follow web standards, accessibility guidelines, and cross-browser compatibility.
Propose innovative solutions to improve the development process and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries/frameworks.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Ability to write modular, reusable code and use CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
