We are looking for a dynamic individual as Front Desk Receptionist cum Office Administrator.

Front Office
- Efficiently answer incoming calls, taking messages and directing calls to the relevant staff member.
- Attendance monitoring and time management.
- Basic front desk activities like couriers, handling guests, etc.
- Managing bank transactions, petty cash, and monthly and yearly payments.
- Monitoring on a daily basis consumption of milk, snacks, etc. for monthly costing of the company.
- Coordinating with consultancies for statutory requirements.
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Staff engagement activities, such as birthdays, special days, and outings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office and scheduling applications.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Graduate
