Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team in Jaipur for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience and will work at a junior position level. As the first point of contact for our organization, the candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors while efficiently managing the reception area.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill) is essential for greeting guests and handling their inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Time Management (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage front desk tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Problem Solving (Mandatory skill) in addressing visitor issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reception Management to oversee the general operations and environment of the front desk area.
  • Phone Etiquette for courteous and professional phone communication with clients and visitors.
  • Appointment Scheduling to efficiently manage client visits and meetings with appropriate personnel.
  • Communication Skills to convey information clearly and effectively between clients, staff, and executives.
  • Conflict Resolution for addressing and mediating conflicts, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations including greeting and directing visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Provide initial customer support by addressing inquiries, guiding guests, and offering company information.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments to ensure accurate and timely meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain orderly reception area; which includes stock management and cleanliness upkeep.
  • Manage and resolve front desk conflicts, escalating issues when necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Keep a log of visitor information and maintain daily activity reports for internal record-keeping.
  • Assist with document management for clients and staff, ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems.
  • Support administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments as necessary to improve front desk operations.
