- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Strong theoretical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical and civil engineering projects
- Conduct research to gather data and prepare reports
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on various tasks
- Support the project team with quality control and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Participate in site visits and inspections
