We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong team leadership capabilities to join our growing tech team. In this role, you'll take ownership of key product features, contribute to our employee experience app, and guide your team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong team leadership capabilities to join our growing tech team. In this role, you'll take ownership of key product features, contribute to our employee experience app, and guide your team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with full stack development
- Collaborate with product teams to gather, clarify, and challenge requirements for better execution
- Architect and design cloud-based, business-critical microservices
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
- Implement user authentication, authorization, and session management in a distributed environment
- Design data schemas and handle data migration, transformation, and output (XML, JSON, CSV)
- Create scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS and other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Contribute to end-to-end pipelines from hardware inputs to visual output
- Perform code reviews, enforce quality practices, and implement automated testing
- Strong experience with Java, Spring MVC, and RESTful Web Services
- Proficiency with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with OWASP security principles and session management practices
- Experience with SQL-style querying, WebSockets, and HTTP protocols
- Hands-on with Git and related tools
- Comfortable with Agile development and mentoring team members
- Passionate about building user-centric products and solving business problems
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail
- Leads by example with a collaborative and accountable approach
- Willingness to own mistakes and improve continuously
- Demonstrates high standards through documentation, testing, and code reviews
