Job Description

  • Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning across business units.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and project evaluations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Evaluate ROI and payback for Capex, marketing, and operational investments.
  • Partner with business and operations teams to manage segment-level and product-level profitability.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise inventory and working capital.
  • Lead cost optimisation and process improvement initiatives across functions.
  • Support the CFO with board presentations, investor reports, and strategic reviews.
  • Oversee FP&A team performance and enhance analytical capabilities.


The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Lead should have:

  • CA or MBA in Finance with 6 to 12 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Strong background in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or capital-intensive sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide business partnering support to leadership teams.
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (D365 preferred) and advanced Excel.
  • Skilled in cash flow management, variance analysis, and ROI assessment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small FP&A teams and manage tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and process improvement orientation.
