Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer (Software Engineer III) who can independently own mobile app modules end-to-end — from clean architecture and smooth UI/UX implementation to app performance and release management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to build high-quality cross-platform applications that scale reliably and perform beautifully.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
• Architect clean, modular, and testable code using Bloc / Riverpod / Provider / GetX.
• Integrate REST / GraphQL APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
• Implement adaptive, pixel-perfect UI across devices and orientations.
• Optimize app performance — startup time, frame rate, memory, and build size.
• Automate builds and releases (CI/CD, App Store, and Play Store).
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold coding best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with backend, design, and QA teams in an agile environment.
  
  

Primary Traits We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter & Dart experience building production apps.
• Deep understanding of Flutter widget tree, lifecycle, async programming, and navigation.
• Experience with state management (Bloc / Riverpod / Provider / GetX).
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, pagination, and error handling.
• Experience with local storage (Hive / Drift / SharedPreferences).
• Knowledge of Dependency Injection (get_it / injectable).
• Familiarity with Git version control and branching workflows.
• Experience in app release management and OTA deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset — capable of driving features independently.
  
  

Added Bonus Points For:

• Backend experience with Node.js / NestJS / Java / Golang / GraphQL.
• Exposure to native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) bridging.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Codemagic or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Firebase Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Notifications.
• Exposure to Flutter Desktop development.
