Process Manager Core Responsibility

• Prepare, follow up and implement plans with the Head BPCoE to build systems that shall ensure the service levels to customers are met.
• Mentor, coach and guide the Process Leaders to ensure smooth throughput of work and be a go-to person for resolution of conflicts, issues, smoothing procedures and support leadership through business partnering by providing metrics, problem resolution, and reporting process performance.
• Follow and be a role model to ensure that appropriate cultural traits are encouraged in the system.
• Plan for and coordinate with other Process Managers and implement the fungibility of resources to ensure optimum utilization of resources and has a broad idea of use of technology and knows whom to reach out to and delegate to get work done. Provide recommendations to Head- BPCoE for ensuring efficiencies and effectiveness.
  
  

GL, Accounting, Reconciliation and Reporting

• Preparation/Review of the Annual/Quarterly Financial Statements including cashflow statement in line with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act and Disclosure per SEBI Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement.
• Possess strong knowledge of Ind-AS accounting standards.
• Leading the Annual Statutory Audit/ Quarterly Limited Reviews/Internal Audits and other applicable Audits.
• Responsible for the Monthly Closing & MIS as per Organization processes including collaborating with various teams impacted by or participating in the period end close process. Ensure Close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Responsible for opening and closing of period in ERP and ensuring Robust Accounting processes and maintaining hygiene in the Accounting Balances.
• Responsible for preparation of QoQ, YoY Balance sheet and P&L variance analytics and adhoc analysis to both internal management and external users.
  
  

Direct and Indirect Taxation

• Understanding of regulatory requirements like GST, Profession Tax, Income Tax, Labour laws, etc.
• Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual direct and indirect tax filings are done within statute timelines.
• Responsible for preparation/Review of tax financials for tax audit and state wise financials for GST audit and support completion of audit as per statute timelines.
  
  

Cross Functional Coordination and Contribution

• Regular and Proactive communication with key Business stakeholders to ensure SLAs are being met and building a good working Relationship.
• Must possess strong communication skills with ability to participate in calls and contribute to presentation of financial results at various levels.
• Deliverable Oriented communication with various Audit Teams (External/Internal).
• To form trusting relationships with Plant Controllers and other senior accounting personnel of Businesses
